- The wine tour is a about 38 miles with a easy pace so riders can enjoy rustic barns, stone ranch houses, wildlife, flowers, creeks and avoid heavy traffic; AND oh yea, some local wines.
- A drag truck follows in case of emergencies, mechanical breakdowns & to store purchases along the way.
- The tour starts in Kerrville at 8 a.m. Saturday mornings.
- The cost is $75
East to West Ride
- Medium: Short but a challenge. This ride consist of hard climbs for the 1st half with stunning Hill Country views. The 2nd half is flat, following the Guadalupe River.
- Start out at Schriener College main entrance, heading left on Texas 27. Take Loop 534 to FM 1341. At about 14 miles, take a left onto Stoneleigh Road and make your way to Center Point. Take River Road to Wharton Road and then a right on Tx. 173. Then hop on Loop 534 again, making your way back to your starting point.
- Hard: This is a long, 53 mile loop that will challenge any rider. Traffic is a major concern on this route and small to no shoulder in some areas. Use caution.
- Start in downtown Ingram and head west on Tx. 39. Take a right on FM 1340. From there take State 41 to State 27 and back to your starting point.
- On this route, you'll pass the MO-Ranch, beautiful bride over the Guadalupe River and the Kerr Wildlife Management Area along with beautiful views.
- Easy: A scenic out- and-back w/ mostly mild climbs. There is one steep hill towards the half-way point. This route offers great ponds, seasonal flowers, wildlife, and other livestock along the way.
- Start out at 1655 Junction highway, the parking lot of the Lakehouse Restaurant and head out on Arcadia Loop and turn onto Bear Creek Road.. When Bear Creek ends, just turn around and head back to your starting point.
